If you skipped the gym this morning, make it up now with this ten-minute workout. It’s focused on your core and requires no equipment, just bodyweight moves—but it’s intense enough to get your heart pumping and give you a mini cardio workout.

Sean Vigue leads the workout in front of some Colorado scenery and with a dog in the background for good measure. It starts with a plank and moves on to variations on bicycles, leg lifts, and squats, before ending with a full minute of plank-ups (which you are invited to modify if that’s too hard).
